MS Series - Soft Chute
Typical applications are conical or spherical shaped small parts below 200 degrees. All Guideskirts are made of soft pliable gray BondCote material, which protects delicate parts from surface damage and can withhold temperatures up to 200 degrees.

Mold Chutes
Precisely transfer parts from a mold to a conveyor or container while reducing scrap and contamination, improving your bottom line. All mold chutes are made of soft pliable BondCote material, which protects delicate parts from surface damage. Manufactured to withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees, mold chutes are resilient. High temperature Teflon Coated Kevlar material is used when parts ejected from the mold retain heat in excess of 300 degrees (Note: High temperature material is usually not required for thermoplastic parts that are cooled prior to release from the mold). With over 40 standard sizes, we are sure to have the mold chute you are looking for, if not our sewing department can custom manufacture to your requirements.
