Parts Separator - Horizontal to Incline Conveyor with Cooling Unit:

Items drop onto the Incline Conveyor and are moved toward the Pin Type Separator. The parts fall to the Horizontal Incline Conveyor, where they pass through a cooling unit before being devirted to their final destination, while the runners are sent up the Separator toward a Grinder.
Parts Separator - In Combination with Incline and MAC Trac 100 Conveyors:
We can customize our Separators to fit your needs in combination with many of our other products. In this combination parts drop into the hopper and are moved up the Cleated Incline Conveyor. Runner are caught on the Pin Type Separator and move up to another Incline Conveyor, then to a Grinder. Parts are dropped on one of our MAC Trac 100 Series Conveyors and moved to their final destination.
Airveying Separator:
This separator works in combination with other MAC Products. Parts are dropped from the mold into the dirverter, which either keeps or regects parts/runners out the back. Good parts/runners continue to the conveyor where the parts drop through the roller and to the airveying systems. (As shown to the right) Runners are conveyed to the Horizontal Incline Conveyor to a grinder.
