Incline Conveyor with Hopper and robotic picker:

This custom Incline Conveyor has been designed with a hopper and robotic picker. Parts drop into the hopper and are then moved up the conveyor. Once they reach the top the robotic picker grabs them and moves them to their next destination.

Robotic Interface box filling system:

In this application items are removed from the mold by a robotic picker. The picker then drops the parts down a custom chute system, which leads to the boxes, as seen to the left. The chute system also allows for quality control sampling the regrinding of runners.

Robotic Interface Tote Fill Systems:

This Tote Fill System has a Small Frame Aluminum Conveyor mounted on top that is 20" wide and 6' long. It is equipped with a cooling system. The fill system has an extruded aluminum shelf and with four dividers. Parts are dropped into the system via a robotic picker.
