Horizontal to Incline Steel Conveyor:

The “Horizontal to Incline to Horizontal Aluminum” belt conveyor series is a profile that is used for light - medium weight finished part applications, where cleanliness and appearance are important. This conveyor is ideally suited for under the press or beside the press applications to remove parts from under the machine or transition from another conveyor and elevate up to an other piece of equipment or discharge for inspection or assembly. The angle of incline and the discharge horizontal sections are adjustable from 20-45 degrees for elevation changes. The models uperior construction produces a solid square frame for industrial use.

Frame: Extruded aluminum frame, 6061 aluminum with T5 temper, clear anodized.
Cross Members: Steel cross members for exceptional torsional ridgitity
Castings: Supports bearings and pulleys featuring a Unique take-up design, tracking done at all four corners
Side Rail Overlap: Recessed belt edges .75” per side up to 18” widths or less and 1.75” per side on 24” and 30” wide
Pulleys: Feature a machined trapezoidal crown on head and tail, which provides increased tracking signal
Bearing assemblies: Set in castings with covers, no exposed rotating parts
Belt edge wear strips: Wear strips on top and return sides, less wear on convey and return sides
Warranty: Two year limited

Techincal Information:

Frame:	2.63” extruded frame with welded steel tubular cross members, optional steel slider bed for support across full width.
Side Rails:	5” extruded aluminum side rails without a top return, overlap is .75” per side or 1.75” per side on 24” and 30” wide models. Belt widths greater than 18” have R16, 3.5” tall stainless side rails.
Belt:	2 ply white FDA Approved P.U. cover, Anti-Static with ¾” cleats welded on 15” centers, splice is endless bias angle skive type.
Belt Widths:	6”, 12”, 18”, 24”, and 30”.
Length:	Combined lengths of 15’ (2’ min. on drive end) and (2’ min. on idle end) Manufactured on 1’ increments (standard)
End Drive:	Located at discharge end, M3, M4 preferred. Side drives M7, M8 are available. Positions M1, M2, M5, M6 are available if applicable, (please consult factory) Standard drives are 120VAC/1/60 HZ motors.
Speeds:	22 FPM (standard), 9.5, 14.5, 32, FPM - available at no charge
Pulley:	2.125” drive and tail pulleys are both machined with trapezoidal crowns, with machined V-guided grooves, drive pulley is fully lagged, shafts are 3/4” diameter and bearings are sealed self-aligning type. Drive pulley is lagged with ruff top material.
Take-up Assembly:	Allows for 2.5 inches of take-up of belt adjustment.
Electrical Control:	NEMA 1 enclosure with push button manual motor starter with thermal overload protection and 12’ of SJ 16/3 cord with plug for 120VAC input power as standard.
Supports:	Extruded aluminum telespar type supports, LSA2 series included are CA3 (4” diameter swivel toe locking casters). Elevation at in-feed end is 13.2” –19.2” adjustable from top of belt to floor with cleats up to 30 mm tall.
