The Tapered Guideskirt design allows parts to funnel or align below the mold for ease of packaging or secondary processing. Fabric can be easily cut to permit front, rear, side or bottom release in conjuction with conveyor.

All Guideskirts are made of soft pliable gray bondcote material, which protects delicate parts from surface damage and can withhold temperatures up to 200 degrees.

All Guideskirts come complete with mounting hardware.

Options that are available:

Hi-temperature material - Teflon coated Kevlar 10 mil. used when parts ejected from the mold retain heat in excess of 200 degrees. (Note: Hi-temp material is usually not required for thermo-plastic parts that are cooled prior to release from the mold)

Metal side plates
- Provide rigidity and extended life to Guideskirt
- Available in 26 ga. stainless steel or .025" thick aluminum
- Can be mounted to the inside or outside of the Guideskirt system.
