Heavy Duty Bin Fill System:

This is a custom made Heavy Duty Bin Fill Systems with an optional infeed ramp for easy on loading of bins.

Parts are dropped onto the Small Frame Aluminum Incline Coveyor. The cleated belt takes the parts to the top of the conveyor and down the dirverter to the Bin.

Bins are pushed to their filling position by the arm shown at the right. Once filled, they moved down the roller conveyor, where they can be picked up by a forklift.

Custom Airveying Box Fill System:

This is an Airveying Fill System. Parts/Runners are dropped from the mold into the diverter and moved along the conveyor. At the orange section the parts fall between the rollers, while the runners are dropped in the Horizontal to Incline Conveyor. This will take the runners to a grinder. Parts are blown and deposited on the LPA Conveyor, which is a part of the Box Fill System. As shown in the bottom left image.
