Parts are brought to the fill systems via a vacuum blowing system. They are then dropped into the totes and counted by weight. The system automatically stops when the set weight is met and waits for the totes to be replaced.

This Welded Steel Multi-Level Box Fill System was custom designed to fill boxes by part count. Parts are brought to the counter via a chute under the top gravity conveyor. Boxes are filled and then moved to the lift that brings them to the top gravity conveyor, where packaging can be finished.
Tote Fill System
This Tote Fill System has a Small Frame Aluminum Conveyor mounted on top that is 20" wide and 6' long. It is equipped with a cooling system. The fill system has an extruded aluminum shelf and with four dividers.
Automatic "Shuttle" Bag fill System

This Automatic "Shuttle" Bag Fill System moves the bags forward and back under the shoots that direct parts. Each row of bags can be pulled out for easy bag removel.
Parallel Tote Fill System:

This custom tote fill systems has lexon sides and lexon doors on the top to access the totes if needed.

Totes are brought to the filling device, filled, then moved to the gravity conveyor where they roll to the end of the system for pick up.
