Incline Conveyor:
Any series of conveyor can be converted to an Incline Conveyor by simply mounting it on the proper leg supports. The above is Large Frame Incline Steel Conveyor with Cleated Belt. (All Incline Conveyors come with a cleated belt). The Large Frame Cleated Belt conveyor series is a profile that is used for medium weight finished parts applications. This conveyor is ideally suited for under or beside press applications of medium to large sized injection molding machines, general purpose medium weight parts. Other uses are plastic runner feeds into granulators. The fully welded construction of this model produces a solid, square frame for industrial use.
Hoppers come is two styles: They can either have flared edges or they can be flush with the sides of the conveyor. The general purpose of the hopper is to contain larger quantities of parts as they wait to be releases and then moved up an Incline conveyor.
