MAC Automation has been designing conveyors since 1985. Our conveyors can be ordered in standard models or can be custom designed by our engineering and production staff to fit your company's individual needs.
Steel Conveyors
We specialize in parts handling solutions for the plastics industry. Our conveyor product lines are rugged and suitable for under the press applications. Our Heavy Duty belt conveyor is constructed from formed C-channel steel with welded cross members and is used for heavy weight finished part applications.
Aluminum Conveyors
MAC aluminum conveyors mobile and their solid frame construction make them ideal for finished part applications. Our conveyors offer flexibility. We provide a variety of styles straight, incline, horizontal-incline, horizontal-decline and Z-type. Most of the styles we offer are available in aluminum and steel construction.

MAC offers different conveyor specific belt options to choose from: fabric, polyurethane PU, polyvinyl chloride PVC, plastic interlocking chain, polyurethane rope, high temperature. Custom side profiles for belts include: corrugated side walls, v-guide top mounted profiles and v-guide running side profiles. Our experienced engineers will create custom designs to suit your automation needs.

Conveyor Leg Chart
This chart has recommended quantities of leg supports based upon normal conveyor belt lengths for all aluminum and steel horizontal / cleated belt incline conveyors. Note: Cleated belt incline conveyors have limited lengths in SFA series of 15' and 30' in HD series.
