  Product Information

Detachable chute guideskirts are specifically designed to transfer molded parts by gravity from under the machine to a conveyor or container. A stainless steel tray with a soft cushion insert is included and decreases part damage and bounce.

All Guideskirts are made of soft pliable gray bondcote material, which protects delicate parts from surface damage and can withhold temperatures up to 200 degrees.

All Guideskirts come complete with mounting hardware.

Options that are available:
  • Hi-temperature material - Teflon coated Kevlar 10 mil. used when parts ejected from the mold retain heat in excess of 200 degrees. (Note: Hi-temp material is usually not required for thermo-plastic parts that are cooled prior to release from the mold)
