Product Information
This guideskirt system mounts directly onto the mold and is actuated by the opening and closing of the molding machine.
All Guideskirts are made of soft pliable gray bondcote material, which protects delicate parts from surface damage and can withhold temperatures up to 200 degrees.
All Guideskirts come with complete mounting hardware.
Options that are available:
Hi-temperature material - Teflon coated Kevlar 10 mil. used when parts ejected from the mold retain heat in excess of 200 degrees. (Note: Hi-temp material is usually not required for thermo-plastic parts that are cooled prior to release from the mold)
